Our Money Back Guarantee applies to all sex toys and bondage items. It does not apply to lingerie, lubricants, games and gifts.

To make a claim under our 30-Days Money Back Guarantee, you must:

• Complete the refund and returns form, selecting 30-Days Money Back Guarantee as the reason for your return to let us know that you are returning an item to us;
• Return the item in question to us within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Once we have received and validated your return, we will issue a full refund for the item. Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on the account you paid with.

The number of refunds you are entitled to under our 30-Days Money Back Guarantee is entirely at Bliss & Rose’s discretion.

If you return an item to us more than 30 days after the date of purchase and the item is not faulty, we will dispose of it safely and responsibly. You will not be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Terms and conditions of sale for special offers

If an item you have purchased as part of a special offer is defective, please return it to us. We will be happy to exchange it for you.

If you choose to have the item refunded, you will need to return all the items purchased under the special offer, or pay the amount for the number of items you wish to keep under the special offer.

If you wish to keep a free item that you received as part of this special offer, we can deduct the cost of this from your refund.
